Pareto MD highlights the importance of recognising the FM heroes that have emerged during Covid-19

The structures of facilities management teams has seen them overstretched due to the Covid-19 crisis, according to some in the industry. But Andrew Hulbert, managing director of Pareto FM, said it had also identified the “heroes” across his own firm and the entire industry. Pareto win hard services deal with Hearst UK

Facilities services providers Portfolio by Churchill and Pareto FM have been appointed by publisher Hearst UK to provide soft and hard services at its London portfolio. The deal will see Portfolio by Churchill deliver daily office cleaning, deep cleans, and event management while Pareto will carry out all associated mechanical, electrical and fabric-related planned and reactive maintenance and project management services.
