Mental Health Awareness Week 2023

We’re proud to be supporting @mentalhealth this #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek - 15 to 21 May.

The theme of this year’s #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek is anxiety.

In 2022/2023, an average of 37% of women and 29% of men reported high levels of anxiety.

These figures have significantly increased since 2015 by over 10% for men and 15% for women
