Facilities and engineering services provider, Pareto FM, has reported its annual turnover has risen for the fourth consecutive year. Figures published this week for the year ending September 2018 show its turnover at £9.2m.
Pareto FM has achieved 50% of significant organic growth at the end of its fourth year of trading and is on course to grow by a further 50% next year. This achievement builds on the 77% growth the company accomplished the previous year ending September 2017.
The past 12 months has been a great success for the management team, who have maintained the growth momentum all while keeping the ethos and culture established at Pareto’s conception back in 2014 by Andrew Hulbert. The year, which was the best in Pareto’s short history, saw Hulbert win a Great British Entrepreneur of the Year Award for the services sector and the company placed on the government’s Crown Commercial Service framework.
The company prides itself on delivering a forward-thinking, innovative and demonstrably different service provision.
In line with its growth, Pareto FM strengthened its management team with the promotion of three key individuals to associate director level in November 2018. Dedicated to organic growth across the UK, Pareto FM has also recently won contracts with Institute of Physics, Thomsons Online and the Royal College of Pathologists.
Andrew Hulbert, founder and managing director, said:
“We’ve had an exceptional year and are delighted to be making headlines for all the right reasons. Along with bolstering our management team, we have added some world-leading clients to our customer base. I’m hugely excited for us to continuing demonstrating how our unique culture can transform workplaces.
We still absolutely love what we do and feel like we’re just getting started. We’re ambitious for what we can achieve in foreseeable future and how we can continue to transform this amazing industry.”
