HORIBA MIRA’s purpose is to improve lives by making journeys safer, cleaner and smarter.
Julie Timson, Head of Procurement at HORIBA MIRA commented: “We went to market looking to upgrade our approach to facilities management. It was important to run a professional, detailed and in depth process to ensure the best outcome. In Pareto we found a partner that took the time to fully understand what we required and worked with us to build a model in an entirely new way. Pareto have been engaging, interested and innovative throughout the mobilisation process and we can already see the impact the changes have made. We have incredibly high standards in addition to our strict security protocols so required a partner that was able to operate around our unique needs.”
Andrew Hulbert, Pareto FM MD added: “To partner with an organisation like HORIBA MIRA is a genuine privilege. When we first saw the HORIBA MIRA facility in Nuneaton we knew this was the opportunity to build a unique model to support this world-leading organisation. From the outset we worked with HORIBA MIRA to truly bespoke our offering and offer the opportunity to create an entirely new way on managing FM on site. We have hit the ground running and can’t wait to see how the relationship develops and grows over time. This is one of the most important organisations in the world for the automotive industry and we are privileged to be working alongside them in partnership.”
