Pareto FM shortlisted for BIFM Award 2014

Pareto FM is delighted to annouce that our very own Andrew Hulbert has been shortlisted as a finalist for the BIFM Awards under the category 'Rising Talent in FM'. This Award recognises a single FM professional who has made a significant contribution to their organisation and the FM profession within the first five years of entering the FM arena.

Andrew Hulbert joined the facilities management industry as a graduate in 2008, drawn to the sector by the potential to make a genuine difference to workplaces across the world. Within four years Andrew had been promoted from graduate to account manager to associate director and quickly found himself leading an entire division with over 250 staff and £12million of contract base. In 2014, after five years with his previous employer, Andrew founded Pareto Facilities Management with the aim of creating the most customer service focused FM provider in the UK for which he is now the Managing Director. As well as a demanding operational role, Andrew has always put great importance on working within the sector to promote FM as a career and further the industry as a whole. In 2012, Andrew completed a Masters in Facility and Environment Management at UCL and graduated with first class honours. He’s been a committee member of BIFM Rising FM’s since 2011 and has actively been involved in promoting FM as a career of choice which has included engaging with colleges, careers advisory services and universities. Andrew is a continuous contributor to the FM press as well as offering mentoring support to budding stars of the future.

We want to wish all the candidates the very best of luck and the team looks forward to seeing you on Monday 13th October 2014.
