The Inclusion Committee was set up to promote diversity & inclusion within Pareto and beyond. Pareto is now known as a trail blazer for diversity and inclusion within the FM industry.
We want Pareto to be a totally inclusive culture, whereby everyone is celebrated, and welcome without fear of harassment. Therefore, we made our stance clear from the outset that we support LGBT+ groups, we actively seek to recruit more women and ethnic minorities into our business and focus on giving opportunities to young people
The overall ambition of our Inclusion Committee is:
To embrace and enhance Pareto’s reputation as a positive disrupter around social value, within the industry and beyond. To continue to challenge the status quo, nurture an environment where people can be themselves. To promote a supportive culture that celebrates equality and diversity.
We believe that as a fast-growing successful business we need to ensure we continue to give back to the communities we serve. The growth and development of the Inclusion Committee led by the Social Impact Director ensures we set goals, ambitions and targets in line with Pareto’s visions and values
