Our Inclusion Committee was established to help build a culture where everyone feels respected, supported and able to contribute fully, both within Pareto and across the wider FM industry.

The overall ambition of our Inclusion Committee is:

We believe that as a fast-growing successful business we need to ensure we continue to give back to the communities we serve. The growth and development of the Inclusion Committee led by the Social Impact Director ensures we set goals, ambitions and targets in line with Pareto’s visions and values
