Pareto was founded to create a revolution in the workplace sector. Founded to be different, to help shape a new age of work.
From the start our DNA was different. We had the instincts, insights and values needed to understand and contribute to this rapidly evolving world of work. We brought these new perspectives because we ourselves have the diversity of talent and culture that will increasingly define the new workplace.
We were delighted to be labelled the disrupter in FM by the business analysts.
And now, just a few years later, with the demand for our different approach proven with great clients, we've won the investment needed to start on a new phase of growth underpinned by a whole new look and feel. There is an exciting time ahead for us, offering new opportunities for all colleagues who want to develop their careers. But it is also a time to remind ourselves of some truly foundational things about Pareto, things we hold dear.
That's what this document is for, to help us all be clear on what we promise to our clients and their employees and visitors. And to put into words the values that guide and inspire us as people and enable us to deliver what we promise.
If we always deliver our promises and uphold these values, we will always be a trusted partner of our clients. I'd like to thank everyone for all their superhuman efforts to date which have made Pareto one of the most successful FM companies in the UK. Safecontractor is the leading third party accreditation scheme which recognises the very highest standards in health and safety management amongst UK contractors.
The OFTEC accreditation relates to the maintenance of oil, solid fuel, and renewable heating equipment and Part P electrical work in commercial premises.
Our board members hold the IWFM certified grade (CIWFM). This is the highest direct entry route to membership, recognising significant professional experience and qualifications in FM.
Gas Safe is the official list of gas businesses who are registered to work safely and legally on boilers, cookers, fires and all other gas appliances. By law all gas engineers must be on the Gas Safe Register.

An ISO45001 certified organisation has an audited Health & Safety management system. It provides a framework for organisations to instigate proper & effective management of H&S in the workplace.
The F Gas accreditation gives Pareto the ability to work on commercial air-conditioning systems in compliance with the Fluorinated Greenhouse Gases Regulations 2009.
