Pareto FM have had a busy few days presenting at no less than five sessions across the three days of the Facilities Show. Pareto collaborated with the likes of Barclays, UBM, BIFM, BFG, FMJ, NFS and YMF across the five different sessions. The sessions varied in topics from the implications on FM of the five generations in the workplace through to young managers taking the step up in to more senior roles.
