Five years of continuous success for Pareto FM

Facilities and engineering services provider, Pareto FM, has reported its annual turnover has risen for the fifth consecutive year. Figures published this week for the year ending September 2019 show a 55% growth in turnover to £14.1m.

Pareto FM has achieved 55% of significant organic growth at the end of its fifth year of trading and is on course to grow by a further 50% next year. This achievement builds on the 50% growth the company accomplished the previous year ending September 2018.

The past 12 months has been a great success for the management team, who have maintained the growth momentum all while keeping the ethos and culture established at Pareto’s conception back in 2014 by Andrew Hulbert. The company prides itself on delivering a forward-thinking, innovative and demonstrably different service provision.

Dedicated to organic growth across the UK, Pareto FM has also recently won contracts with Design Museum, Deliveroo, The Wing & Royal College of Pathologists.

Andrew Hulbert, founder and managing director, said:

“After five years we’ve cemented our position as one of the major players within the Workplace and Facilities services sector. We’re also thrilled to have been tagged as the ‘positive disruptor’ to the FM sector.

The sector is waking up to the fact that there is an alternative to the rigid, outdated, large scale providers. There absolutely is a place for niche SME providers within this sector and we passionately believe they are best placed to serve the clients needs most attentively.

We still absolutely love what we do and feel like we’re just getting started. We continue to be ambitious in FY6 and look forward to continuing to transform the sector one contract at a time.
