It is a challenging time for businesses at the moment but fortunately for us all Pareto has continued to thrive during this difficult economic period. As Pareto continues to expand, we need to ensure our management structure is fit for purpose and we build an infrastructure that will aid us in sustained growth. Therefore, we have taken the decision to create a new layer of senior management entitled “Senior Account Manager”.
The three people promoted to this new layer are Frankie Laugier-Davies, Chris Barnes and Daniel Scotchmer. Frankie, Chris and Dan have all demonstrated the Pareto leadership principles required for senior management and we are thrilled to offer them the opportunity to take this step up. The roles will come with significantly more strategic, people and client responsibility.
We look forward to continuing to build a structure that will support and enhance future growth.
