Pareto celebrates National Apprenticeship Week 2023

As part of Apprenticeship Week we are showcasing a couple of our great apprentices in the Pareto team. Meet Sayed and Cara who both work at one of Pareto's global entertainment clients in Central London.
We recently caught up with them to see what they've been working on.
The task was replacement of a heating and chilled water valve, with the associated actuators as part of the client's final BMS transition works to Trend.
The apprentices covered all bases as part of the works, including assessing risk, choosing the correct PPE for the task and selection of the correct tooling and reasoning behind all of the above.
Under the supervision of the senior site team, both apprentices carried out the replacement of both valves and actuators with no interruption to systems.

The senior Pareto site lead fed back that the apprentices fantastic positive attitude and constant inquisitive nature, will help them progress onto being Engineers that our industry will be lucky to have!
