Pareto appoints Steph Kendall as Chief Operating Officer

Pareto has appointed Steph Kendall as Chief Operating Officer, adding more than 20 years of operational leadership experience to its senior team.

Steph joins Pareto from a Regional Chief Operating Officer role within a complex, multi-entity business, following a career that has taken her from Facilities Manager through to executive leadership across the public and private sectors.

Along the way, she's led major public sector contracts and held senior operational roles supporting large-scale Facilities Management businesses in both the UK and internationally. Her experience spans operational performance, service delivery, team development and customer relationships.

As Chief Operating Officer, Steph will work across Pareto and Sowga, supporting operational teams and helping ensure the business continues to deliver consistently for customers as it grows. Her focus will include strengthening collaboration, developing operational capability and building on the systems and processes that support excellent service delivery.
