Pareto appoints Alishya Artwell as HR Director

Following a successful 12 months as People Experience Manager of Pareto FM, we are pleased to announce that from May 1st, 2022, Alishya Artwell has been promoted to HR Director.



Alishya has over 10 years of successful HR experience which includes achieving an HR degree from Greenwich University London & attaining a CIPD Level 7 Diploma. Since joining Pareto, Alishya has made an immediate impact on the business, implementing many new processes and ensuring successful day-to-day delivery.
