Kira brings 15 years of experience across corporate real estate, workplace strategy and flexible workspace. She joins Pareto following senior commercial roles at The Instant Group and IWG, having previously worked globally within the sales team at Steelcase.
Throughout her career, Kira has focused on building long-term client relationships and bringing clients, partners and internal teams together to solve complex challenges, support business growth and deliver practical outcomes.
As Commercial Director, Kira will lead Pareto’s commercial team and help strengthen how the business identifies, pursues and wins new opportunities.
Her focus will include bringing teams from across the business together around clients, developing Pareto’s commercial approach and supporting its continued growth. She will also play a key role in how Pareto communicates its proposition to the market and builds long-term client relationships.

Will Metcalfe, CEO at Pareto, said:
“We’ve built a strong business with a clear proposition and ambitious plans for growth. As we look at what comes next, we want to make sure our commercial approach reflects that ambition and the opportunities we see in the market.
Kira brings strong commercial experience, a real understanding of clients and a track record of bringing people together around opportunities. She’ll play an important role in sharpening how we take Pareto to market, strengthening our client relationships and helping us turn more of those opportunities into long-term growth.”

Kira Hafner, Commercial Director, said:
“I’m really looking forward to joining Pareto and getting to know the people and culture behind the business. There’s already brilliant work happening here, and I’m looking forward to building on that.
There’s a real opportunity to challenge traditional perceptions of FM, create a brilliant client experience and tell Pareto’s story in the market. Pareto has a lot to offer, and I’m looking forward to helping make it much less of a best-kept secret.”
