Building an inclusive culture in facilities management

The initiative brings established FM professionals together with future leaders, helping people develop relationships, broaden their professional networks and gain access to conversations and opportunities that might otherwise have remained out of reach.
At its heart is a simple idea: the future of facilities management should benefit from a broader range of people, perspectives and experiences.
More than ten years later, Tomorrow Meets Today continues to bring people together and help create new pathways into and through the FM industry.
Its selection as a finalist for Community Project 2026 recognises that sustained contribution and the many people who have helped the initiative develop over the years.
Colin Kimber named Changemaker 2026 finalist
Pareto's Culture and Engagement Director, Colin Kimber, has been selected as a finalist in the Changemaker 2026 category.
His recognition underscores Colin's ongoing commitment to turn conversations about inclusion into meaningful action, using his experience and influence to challenge convention and create opportunities for others.
We believe progress in facilities management comes from being prepared to ask better questions: whether that means finding new ways to deliver FM services for clients, improving experiences for our people or challenging barriers within the wider industry.
Andrew Hulbert named Inspirational Role Model 2026 finalist
Pareto founder Andrew Hulbert FIWFM has been shortlisted for Inspirational Role Model 2026.
Andrew has consistently used his platform within facilities management to champion people, encourage new perspectives and challenge traditional thinking about who can build a successful career within the industry.
