Sowga secures contract with BNP Parabas Real Estate UK
Sowga has been appointed by BNP Paribas Real Estate UK to deliver hard services
across a 52-site portfolio throughout the Southeast, further strengthening its
reputation as a trusted engineering and technical services partner.

The contract sees Sowga providing planned preventative maintenance (PPM),
technical compliance and engineering services across the portfolio, supporting safe,
reliable and efficient building performance.
Mobilisation commenced on 1 January 2026 and was successfully completed on 1
April 2026. The programme included a comprehensive asset validation exercise,
detailed asset reporting and the development of a fully costed hard services
maintenance programme, which entered full operational delivery in July.
The contract is led by Greg O'Reilly, Regional Director, supported by Anthony Taylor
and Darren Punter (Contract Managers), Neal Reynolds (Contract Supervisor), Harry
Mack (Contract Support) and engineers Olumide Adenuga and Raheem Salako.
Working in partnership with BNP Paribas Real Estate UK, the team will provide
technical expertise and a proactive, customer-focused approach to service
delivery, building long-term relationships while supporting the performance,
compliance and resilience of the estate.
As part of the Pareto Group, Sowga combines specialist engineering expertise with
the strength and support of a wider facilities management business, enabling clients
to benefit from deep technical knowledge alongside broader operational
capability where required.
