Pareto leads national search for young talent in FM

Pareto FM managing Director Andrew Hulbert is once again leading the search for Britain’s brightest young talent within the FM industry as part of the PFM Awards Young Manager of the Year Award. The award, sponsored by the Building Futures Group with judging completed by the Young Managers Forum, aims to highlight those individuals that have excelled in facilities management from a young age.

Hulbert, Chairman of the Young Managers Forum said "This remains as one of the most important awards in our industry. We must continue to identify the future young talent of this industry and thrust them in to the mainstream." Hulbert himself won the award in November 2010 and his FM journey began when he joined Rollright Facilities as a graduate in 2008. Within four years he’d reached Associate Director level becoming responsible for all contracts across his division before leaving to establish Pareto FM in 2014. “We must all do more to highlight the opportunities that facilities management can offer to young people. Our industry is unique in terms of being able to offer young people high level, meaningful roles with relatively large P&L's from an early age.”
