Pareto FM are delighted to announce the appointment of Bill Tsang to the Pareto FM Board taking the role of Finance Director. Bill will take corporate responsibility for all Finance, Accounting and ICT related activities within the business. Bill originally joined Pareto FM around twelve months ago in the role as Finance Manager working across a number of the client accounts.
