Pareto FM are delighted to announce Colin Kimber has joined the company as Senior Account Manager.
Colin comes with a wealth of experience in Service Excellence, Collaborative Working and Developing High Performing Teams. Following a successful career as a Professional Dancer, Choreographer & Teacher, Colin joined the FM Industry in an entry level position in 2005. Identifying synergies between the performing and FM worlds, Colin quickly rose to a management position and has been designing innovative, customer focussed service solutions since. His experience ranges from high end corporate environments through to the public sector. Alongside extensive operational experience, Colin has utilised his teaching experience to design and deliver Learning & Development programmes that focus on Customer, Communication and the Resilience needed to excel in the FM Industry.
