Pareto FM partners with The Wing to deliver TFM deal in Great Portland St

The Wing has appointed Pareto FM to provide Total FM services at its brand new UK headquarters in Great Portland St, London.

The Wing, a network of work and community spaces designed for women, has opened its ninth location and first international location in the Fitzrovia neighbourhood of London at 14-16 Great Portland St. With spaces in New York, Washington DC, San Francisco, Chicago, Los Angeles, and Boston and a growing membership of over 10,000 diverse women spanning almost every age, profession, and background, The Wing is quickly becoming one of the world’s most potent and influential women’s networks by creating spaces where members can meet, work, create, learn and join forces. The Wing believes the most powerful way to advance women is to gather them together. The new opening has been featured by Vouge, Time Magazine and Elle.

Nora Cady, New Space Openings Coordinator commented: “Opening our first UK location is a significant step for The Wing in rolling out our brand on a truly global scale. We’re delighted to have secured a central London location and are excited to build The Wing community in the heart of London focussed on creating a community that progresses the advancement of women. We needed to find a partner that could deliver to our unique requirements and match our ethos. In Pareto we found an awesome culture and leadership team that helped us to bring our vision to life. Pareto offered a model that totally was in tune with our vision for service excellence.”

Andrew Hulbert, Pareto FM MD added: “When we heard The Wing was coming to the UK we knew we wanted to be a part of their service delivery team. We’ve admired their business and vision from afar and are so excited, thrilled and privileged to be working with them to set up their new London home. We’ve always put great emphasis on positively promoting diversity and inclusion within our teams, especially in relation to women in FM, therefore the chance to build an entirely female workforce across security, engineering, cleaning and account management is a truly exciting challenge.”
