As part of Pareto's commitment to enhancing employee experience we are launching a number of enhanced policies. As part of this scheme we have introduced an enhanced Parental Bereavement policy to support our team members with miscarriage.
As part of the roll out of these enhanced policies our CEO @Andrew Hulbert, shared his personal experiences with Parental Bereavement and explains why we've enhanced this policy in particular.
Although this was originally planned as an internal video, we felt there was great value in sharing it wider to further the discussion on Parental Bereavement.
