In light of recent events Pareto is opening up its recruitment channels to encourage refugees to apply for its roles.
Pareto has a host of roles available from receptionists to handy-people to management positions which are open to all levels of employee. Pareto has always committed to being a fully inclusive employer and wants to ensure its policies allow all routes for all people to work in the organisation. The scheme will be extended to any refugees entering the UK that have the correct status to work. Pareto feel its important to recognise all people available to work in the UK and create opportunities for everyone.
