Pareto FM has continued its commitment to promoting and progressing young people in the sector by sponsoring the Young Leader of the Year Award 2021. Run in collaboration with the Emerging Workplace Leaders (EWL) voluntary organisation, the Young Leader of the Year (YLOTY) category has been highly successful in emphasising the wealth of emerging talent seen throughout the FM sector. It is considered one of the most prestigious awards in the Facilities Management sector and past winners include our very own Managing Director, Andrew Hulbert.
