We are pleased to announce we have signed up to the Menopause Workplace Pledge to ensure all women and staff going through the menopause are supported.
In addition, we are very proud to announce the launch of our NEW Menopause Policy.
This policy is designed to support our employees experiencing menopausal symptoms whilst providing guidance and support for line managers and colleagues.
By signing the Menopause Workplace Pledge, we commit to the following:
Talking openly, positively and respectfully about the menopause.
Actively supporting and informing our employees affected by the menopause.
Provide an open work environment, ending the stigma around menopause by encouraging a better understanding for our employees.
We have also welcomed our first Menopause Ambassador Samantha Peacock to support the business and the implementation of the new policy.
